Compensation of Our Management Board and Our Supervisory Board


The compensation report of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA summarizes the principles applied to the determination of the compensation of the management board members of Fresenius Medical Care Management AG as general partner of Fresenius Medical AG & Co. KGaA and explains the amount and structure of the management board compensation. The compensation report is prepared on the basis of the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code and also contains the data necessary according to the Commercial Code extended by the Act on the Disclosure of Management Board Compensation.
