Master's degree in Business Administration, entry with Fresenius as Sales Manager for the CIS states in September 1994, General Manager of a Fresenius Medical Care subsidiary in Moscow until December 1998, currently Vice President.
"I had already specialised in the States of the former Soviet Union during my business administration studies, with emphasis on language and culture. With this background, I was looking for a company in which a career entry related to Eastern Europe was possible. And so I came to Fresenius - to one of the few companies that had not just a representation but their own affiliated company in Russia.
I hoped that in such a dynamically growing environment I would soon be entrusted with responsibility, and this turned out to be true pretty soon. After about six or eight weeks, I began to set up small national representations as Sales Manager CIS. With the knowledge gained during this time and my overall experience, I then became General Manager of the subsidiary in Moscow after two and a half years only.
I have learned that Fresenius Medical Care offers remarkably interesting opportunities to develop and that an employee who demonstrates a high degree of initiative and flexibility can advance exceptionally rapidly."
