Chances for Graduates
As an university graduate there are two ways to join Fresenius Medical Care:
1. Starting on a determined position:
Right from the start you will assume the responsibility of a vacant position. You will learn by training on the job.
2. Our Graduate Development Program:
This alternative is addressed to university graduates who are not looking for a standard program. In a maximum period of 18 months you will spend time in all relevant departments, learning the business operations and processes that are important for the position you will finally fill.
Whichever route you select, you will be involved in demanding tasks and have the opportunity to take over responsibility for your own projects.
