Code of Conduct

Fresenius Medical Care has developed a Code of Business Conduct (PDF), which is based on core values of our company: quality, honesty and integrity, innovation and improvement, respect and dignity. With these core values Fresenius Medical Care has established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with such laws and regulations, and will not pursue business opportunities that are inconsistent with its regulatory obligations or are violating regional laws.

Based on this Fresenius Medical Care Code of Conduct, we have implemented in all of our business regions at country level corresponding codes, which includes the same compliance standards and address in their provisions the specific requirements of local law.
