Instruments
Basic financing instrument of Fresenius Medical Care is the syndicated credit agreement with a revolving facility and two long term loans (Term Loan A, Term Loan B).
In addition, we use several other mid- and long-term financing instruments, including:
- senior, unsecured notes in Euro and US-$ and
- on a small scale senior, unsecured Euro Notes (Schuldscheindarlehen) with
fixed rate tranches and floating rate tranches.
